Touch offers direct access to the nervous system. I use gentle, structured protocols that help repair what may have been missing in your early, often preverbal, relationships. Touch can be a powerful way to build trust, safety, and a sense of connection within the body.
Through touch, we also support communication between different systems and organs. Over time, this fosters a deeper sense of internal harmony—and a steadier way of relating to ourselves and others.
